The Country House "Casale Fattoria" is located next to the historic Tower of Fattoria il Casalone, it is on the ground floor and consists of about 200 square meters.
Entering the Living Area opens a large living room with vaulted ceilings and a large fireplace, due to its size the living room is also suitable for use as a winter lunch.
In addition to the fully equipped internal kitchen, the farmhouse has a splendid veranda with barbecue equipped with a large fireplace, 4 gas burners, refrigerator, and double sink.
The Veranda, which can be enjoyed all year round, faces a terracotta paved area furnished with shading awnings, benches, chairs and dining tables in teak for 20/30 people; immersed in the splendid garden, it is suitable for pleasant convivial lunches.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms or 2 beds and 3 comfortable bathrooms.
Outside, the house has a first garden and a second olive grove garden with possible access to the large swimming pool (with private access) in common with the main house.
In addition to being able to enjoy the open spaces offered by the Estate, there is the possibility for those who wish to use the Company's Hunting Reserve in a manner to be established by contacting Fattoria il Casalone.
