The Fattoria il Casalone Farmhouse offers hospitality in spacious and comfortable apartments fully equipped and furnished in country style.
All apartments have a size of about 90 square meters and overlook a large common garden, a few steps from which there is the swimming pool area reserved only for guests of the apartments of the farm.
Each apartment is on two levels and consists of a large living room with two sofas and two armchairs, a dining area with table and chairs for 6/8 diners, a fully equipped kitchen wall complete with all necessary equipment (fridge, freezer, stove with oven, in addition of course to kitchen utensils and tableware), two large double and / or twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and / or shower, a wardrobe area, large wardrobes to store your belongings and closets.
Each apartment has its own veranda furnished with table and chairs and which overlooks the common garden, and in the swimming pool area, its own gazebo with table, deck chairs and sun loungers.
The guests of the apartments also have at their disposal: a car park with covered parking spaces and a shared laundry area.
Types of Apartments
The seven apartments of the farmhouse are divided into two types: Type A Apartments and Type B Apartments. The two types of apartments are offered at the same rate.
TYPE "A" APARTMENTS: A1 - A2 - A3
Type A apartments have a day area on the ground floor (living room, dining room and kitchen) and a sleeping area on the first floor (two double bedrooms and two bathrooms).
TYPE "B" APARTMENTS: B3 - B4 - B5 - B6 - B7
The Type B Apartments have on the ground floor the Living Area (Lounge, Dining and Kitchen) as well as a Bathroom and a Double Bedroom, on the upper floor a large open loft with double bedroom and bathroom.

- Whit Compliments two bottles of natural mineral Water and a bottle of Wine from our cellar (wine only for stays of one week or more).

- Swimming pool in common area with the other apartments.
